Every year, VIRBO organizes a three-day program for school principals focused on the exchange of knowledge and skills. We filled an entire day with a lecture and team activities. As a former teacher, Stefan was able to respond exceptionally well to the needs within the education sector. During the final reflection of the day, the word ‘impressive’ once again came up.

At the annual convention of Perrigo, we spoke about leadership, improvement processes, and transforming resistance. After the presentation, senior management continued discussions with Stefan about practical applications within Perrigo. The connection between working with packs and the business world proves to be surprisingly parallel.

We were invited by a guest lecturer to deliver our inspiring guest lecture to two hundred Banaba Advanced Business Management students. Program coordinator An Verjans had never seen an audience so fully engaged with a guest speaker on a Friday morning. As a result, we received a new request from them again the following year.

As we hear from many companies, this management team also gave us the impression that their internal communication could use some improvement. We took them into nature and presented them with various challenges. That day, our role was primarily that of observers. In addition, our pack of dogs provided a very honest reflection of the team. This allowed us to share our initial impressions at the end of the day, enabling the team to work with them within their own professional environment.

Through word of mouth, our skill set reached the Belgian Federal Government. This led to a minister participating in a Roedel Building session. A carefully selected cabinet demonstrated strong solution-oriented thinking. Using our pack concept, we highlighted several areas for improvement in communication and leadership. We left a lasting impression.

The way Stefan leads and brings out the best in his team closely aligned with KBC’s corporate culture, known as PEARL+. After the lecture, we received questions from many directors, and we became the highlight of their two-day event by bringing our dogs. Our Pack Building activities were well received thanks to the practical exercises that directly connected to the guest lecture. A highly layered and successful experience to look back on.
