Ervaringen op weg naar de top
Wat deze beklimming blootlegt over leiderschap, doorzettingsvermogen en teamdynamiek.
Deze expeditie heeft me vooral doen beseffen hoe belangrijk het mentale aspect is. Ik had me fysiek heel sterk voorbereid, maar onderweg merkte ik dat je ook mentaal rekening moet houden met tegenslag en onzekerheid. Je leert dat je niet alles onder controle kunt hebben en dat je soms meer moet vertrouwen op jezelf, je omgeving en je team. Vooral de momenten waarop het moeilijker werd, maakten duidelijk hoeveel houvast goede afspraken en sterke mensen rondom je kunnen bieden. Dat zijn inzichten die ik ook meeneem naar mijn eigen onderneming en team.
