Wij kunnen een leuke teambuilding organiseren voor 6 tot 200 personen.

Gaat een teambuilding alleen bij jullie door of komen jullie ook op locatie?

Wij hebben een locatie bij ons in Zutendaal, maar we kunnen ook naar jullie bedrijf komen. Doordat wij over heel de wereld met onze sledehonden racen, werkten wij in dezelfde lijn onze teambuildingconcepten uit. Denken jullie dus na over een teamtrip naar de Ardennen of zelfs een buitenlandse bestemming. Laat het ons weten, we werken samen iets uit.

Zijn jullie minimumprijzen inclusief of exclusief btw?

Wij werken naar bedrijven toe met exclusiefprijzen.

Wat als iemand bang is van honden?

Daar houden we rekening mee. Niemand wordt verplicht om iets te doen waar hij of zij zich niet veilig bij voelt. We bouwen de ervaring rustig en professioneel op. Ten slotte zitten de honden achter een omheining tijdens de teambuildingdag.

Neen, de honden hebben reeds hun vast werk. Namelijk het winnen van de grote sledehondenkampioenschappen. Bovendien is het in groep geen leuke activiteit voor jullie. Want iedereen een rondje meenemen, zou betekenen dat de groep 97% van de tijd zou staan wachten. Dat noemen wij geen beleving. Ze zorgen wel voor een meerwaarde binnen ons Roedel Buildingconcept. We werkten unieke activiteiten uit rond onze roedel honden. Ze zijn de spil van het hele verhaal.

Personeelsuitstappen die maximum één dag duren en waarbij alle personeelsleden zijn uitgenodigd (niet zo makkelijk bij hele grote bedrijven) daarvan zijn de kosten 100% aftrekbaar voor de werkgever en worden werknemers niet belast op dat voordeel. Als niet iedereen mee mag, dus enkel een afdeling, dan is er belastbaar voordeel van alle aard en word je dus wel belast hierop. Je neemt dus best elke bedrijfstak mee. Daarnaast is de btw eveneens volledig aftrekbaar als iedereen mee mag.

Onze teambuildings gaan in principe altijd door. Slecht weer bestaat niet, alleen slechte kledij. We werken flexibel met een grote stretchtent en passen activiteiten aan waar nodig. Bovendien maakt regen vaak net zichtbaar hoe een team omgaat met onverwachte omstandigheden, en dat levert waardevolle inzichten op. Met goede voorbereiding, sterke begeleiding en de juiste energie zorgen we ervoor dat de fun blijft, ook als het weer even niet meewerkt.
